Information Note On The Processing Of Personal Data

The Church of the Brotherhood of Religions (hereinafter referred to as “Church”, “we”, “ours”), with headquarters in Romania, Prelungirea Ferentari, no. 69, Bucharest, sector 5, legally represented by Stoica Vlad Alexandru, email va.stoica4 at Gmail, phone +40.748.472.092, as a personal data operator, has the legal obligation to process personal data, by means automated/manual, for the purpose of organization and deployment
activities, under the laws and regulations in force.

Personal data are: name and surname, email address, mobile phone number (if provided), landline number
(if provided), home address (if provided).

Personal data is obtained:

-by signing up for the website newsletter;
-by completing and sending the contact form on the website;

  • by telephone, after obtaining consent;
  • by applying to one of the announcements published by the Church.
    This information is entered by the Church in its database in any material form (on paper or in electronic format).

The purpose of data collection is the organization and performance of the Church’s activities.

Personal data is not transmitted to third parties.

The persons whose data are processed benefit from the following rights: the right to restrict data processing, as long as this does not contravene the Church’s legal obligations; the right to data portability; the right of free access to personal data; the right to rectification or deletion of personal data (“the right to be forgotten”), as long as this does not contravene the legal obligations of the Church; the right to withdraw the consent granted at any time, in the specific case where the collection and processing of data is based on consent and there is no contractual or legal provision that stipulates the obligation of data collection and processing; the right not to be subject to an automated individualized decision.

Personal data will be processed/kept in accordance with the legal provisions on the basis of which the terms of processing of such data are regulated.
